Categories

Applying categories to your emails or calendar appointments allows you to mark them with a keyword and colour so that you can easily:

  • find
  • sort
  • filter
  • group

You can have emails in stored different folders and calendar appointments labelled with the same category (e.g. Team Meeting) allowing you to view them all together regardless of their location or type.
