To access contacts in Office 2013 click People in the Navigation Bar


Contacts can hold information about the people you work with both internally and externally such as:

  • Names
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers 
  • Other details

Contact Group (formerly distribution list)

Find a contact

Open shared contacts

Open another person's contacts (Microsoft help)
To address an email to a shared contact

  1. Select the contact
  2. Choose the Home tab
  3. Click the E-mail button

You cannot add shared contacts to the list in the Address Book
