Your Superuser

Every department will have an allocated Superuser. They will have been given training on how to use and maintain the Smart Printer.

If you need toner, paper or staples contact your department Superuser in the first instance

Change the superuser’s contact details

You should contact the IT Service Desk on 2253 and quote the Smart Printer’s asset number. This will be found on a label attached to your Smart Printer.

You will need to provide the new superuser’s:

  • Full name
  • University of Leicester email address
  • Telephone number
  • Postal address, including building, room and floor number
