How to remove a printer on Windows 7
Remove from print queue

You may wish to remove a printer if you move buildings or find that you have a long list of printers that you do not use.

  1. Choose Start 
  2. Type Devices and Printers into the search box
  3. Right Click the print queue you want to remove
  4. Choose Remove Device from the menu. 
  5. You can also select the print queue and press Remove Device from the toolbar.
