Access a shared mailbox Outlook Online Archive

You will be able to access an Outlook Online Archive in a shared mailbox if:

• You have full mailbox access to the shared mailbox

• You have added to your own mailbox using the method to add an additional mailbox

You will not be able to access an Outlook Online Archive in a shared mailbox if:

• You have used another method to access the shared mailbox

Outlook on the Web

You will be able to access an Outlook Online Archive in a shared mailbox if:

• You know the shared mailbox password to login to the shared mailbox using Outlook one the Web
• You will not be able to access an Outlook Online Archive in a shared mailbox if:

• You have accessed the shared mailbox using the option to open another mailbox
