Manually move emails to a folder

You can manually move messages to a folder in your Outlook Online Archive.

You can selectively move individual or multiple emails into your Outlook Online Archive.You can also search for and move your largest messages.

  1. Create a folder if required
  2. Select the emails you want to move
  3. Click the Home tab
  4. Click the Move button
  5. Choose Other Folder

    Click the Move button
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the folder list
  7. Click the arrow next to Archive – username@le.ac.uk to expand the folder

    Click the arrow next to archive
  8. Choose the folder you want to move the emails to
  9. Click OK
