Manually move emails to a folder
You can manually move messages to a folder in your Outlook Online Archive.
You can selectively move individual or multiple emails into your Outlook Online Archive.You can also search for and move your largest messages.
- Create a folder if required
- Select the emails you want to move
- Click the Home tab
- Click the Move button
- Choose Other Folder
- Scroll to the bottom of the folder list
- Click the arrow next to Archive – username@le.ac.uk to expand the folder
- Choose the folder you want to move the emails to
- Click OK
