Attach a file to your email

  1. Create a new message
  2. Click the Insert button and choose attachment from the menu
  3. Browse to the file you want to attach and click Open
  4. The attached file will be listed in your email

Open an attachment

To open an attachment in an email you can either:

  • Click the attachment to download
  • Right click on the attachment and choose Save Target As… (depending on the browser you are using this may be worded slightly differently)

    save attachment
  • Some attachments may have the option to Preview option when you move your mouse over the attachment
    open in browser
