When you have a problem

For the fastest response, call the IT Service desk on 0116 252 2253. The Service Desk Analyst can gather the information needed and may be able to resolve the problem with you.  If you email the IT Service desk the email won’t be seen immediately and the request could be delayed if a Service Desk Analyst needs to contact you for more information.

If you have an issue or complaint about a particular service, use the comments, complaints and suggestions form to make us aware of the problem.

Training is available in: Office programs, Learning Technologies, Web Authoring, Research computing, Corporate Systems, SAP and essential IT skills.

You can book a Guided IT Learning Session for one-to-one or small group training sessions. This will be more tailored to your specific work and need.

You can request training for your department or team.
