IT Self Service

IT Self Service allows staff and students to report an issue or make a request, without needing to contact the IT Service Desk.

How do I use IT Self Service?

Go to If you are not using a University PC, login with your University IT account username and password.

If you need extra help, you can find instructions on how to log a ticket using IT Self Service.

What can I use IT Self Service for?

IT Self Service

  • Report an issue if something is not working or you have a question
  • Make a request if there is something you need, such as equipment, access to a system or something new e.g. a new friendly email address (Staff only)
  • See the status of you current Support Requests under My IT Support Requests
