Upgrade to Microsoft Office 2016 on Fully Assured Macs

If you have a Fully Assured Mac, you should upgrade to Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac. This is the latest supported version of Office, so will ensure you receive security and feature updates, and technical support.

Install Office 2016 for Mac

  1. Close any Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
  2. Click on Mac Self Service
  3. Click Productivity Suites in the left-hand frame
  4. Click the Install button underneath Install MS Office 2016 16.16.18091001 Update

The upgrade will take a between 15-20 minutes to install and you won’t need to reboot your Mac.
