SAP access has changed

Employee Self Service is now separate from other components of SAP, for security reasons.

This follows the change to enable Access to your payslip off-campusIn the past, you may have:

  • used Employee Self Service to navigate to other parts of SAP, such as Smarter Purchasing or MSS
  • accessed Employee Self Service from elsewhere in SAP e.g. MSS

Both of these scenarios are no longer possible.

Access Employee Self Service from web browser

To access your payslip, record absence or update your personal information go to Employee Self Service:

Access SAP from web browser
