Office 365 staff email upgrade now complete

Over 11,000 staff and postgraduate researcher email accounts have been upgraded to Office 365.
  • You now have ten times more space to store your emails
  • Outlook on the web (webmail) is much improved
  • The upgrade enables future Office 365 benefits, such as Office 365 Groups and Teams

Use the Microsoft Outlook app on your mobile device

Following the upgrade you now can install and use the Microsoft Outlook app, which includes your email, calendar and access to your files from OneDrive all in one place.

If you setup any apps on your phone or tablet, don’t forget to use your full University email address

You will need to setup a PIN on IOS and Android devices. Android devices also need the Company Portal app to be installed, but you don’t need to login to Company Portal.

IT Service Desk opening hours

During the email upgrade the IT Service Desk has been open from 7.00am until 5.00pm each weekday.

From Tuesday 30 May 2017 (following the Bank holiday) the IT Service Desk opening hours will revert to normal and so will be open from 8.30am until 5.00pm weekdays.
