Unexpected calls to University phones

You may receive unexpected telephone calls from an external person, who believes they are returning your phone call. If you have not made this call, it could be a result of someone pretending to be you. If this happens, inform the caller that this a widespread problem of impersonating real phone numbers and advise them to be vigilant when receiving such calls.
