    Make changes

    The following changes can only be requested by the X: drive owner responsible for the top level folder.

    The X: drive owner should contact the IT Service Desk to:

    • Add or remove an X: drive coordinator
    • Change the X: drive owner
    • Rename a top level folder
    • Delete a top level folder (folder must be empty)

    Request a top level folder

    A request for a top level folder will need to be discussed with IT Services Partnering who will consult with Heads of College Administration and/or the Registrar for approval.
