Upgrade to Mac Self Service - Monday 21 May 2018 9.30am – 11.30am

An important update will be applied to Mac Self Service on Monday 21 May 2018 between 9.30am and 11.30am. During this time Mac Self Service will be unavailable for up to half an hour.

What?

This maintenance will enable us to upgrade the current version of Jamf Pro, our platform for managing University-owned Macs. Mac Self Service will be completely unavailable at this time.

At the end of this period, the Mac Self Service application will have a completely new look and feel. A new version of the User Guide for the Mac Self Service will be made available shortly.

What won't be available?

Mac Self Service will be completely unavailable at this time.

What will be available?

You should otherwise be able to use your Mac as normal.

All other IT services should be unaffected.
