Timetabled events not showing in MyUoL calendar

Some students may encounter an issue where they cannot see timetabled events when viewing the calendar published in the MyUoL app.

Students may find that the calendar is not showing any timetabled events when accessing this using the MyUoL mobile app or website (myuol.le.ac,uk), but are visible within the calendar accessed using webmail or the Outlook mobile app.

What do I need to do?

If you are accessing the calendar via the MyUoL mobile app

  1. Click on the settings menu in the top right corner of the mobile app.

  2. Click on your email address, then click on Connected Services

  3. Click the Disconnect button located next to Office365

  4. Close the MyUoL app and clear it from any background apps, then relaunch it
  5. Upon relaunching the app, there will be a prompt on the My Calendar tile to provide access to the app

  6. Click the tile and enter your University IT account username and password when prompted, then click Sign In

  7. Once you have signed in successfully, you will see the below message

  8. The process is now complete.  You should now be able to view events in your calendar via the MyUOL app.

If you are accessing the calendar using a web browser on a PC or laptop

  1. Click on your name in the top right of the screen

  2. From the drop down menu select Connected Services

  3. Click the Disconnect button located next to Office365

  4. Log out of the MyUoL website and then sign back in
  5. After you sign in there will be a prompt on the My Calendar tile to provide access to the app. Click on the tile to provide consent

  6. The process is complete. You should now be able to view events in your calendar via the MyUOL app
