Mac Self Service maintenance – Monday, 2 September 2019 9.30am – 11.30am

Mac Self Service will be upgraded on Monday, 2 September 2019. It will be unavailable from 9.30am for up to two hours.

What

Mac Self Service is our platform for managing University-owned Macs. It will be unavailable for one to two hours, whilst maintenance is carried out. All other IT services should be unaffected.

You should be able to use your University Mac as normal. However, you won’t be able to use Mac Self Service e.g. to install an application, during the maintenance.

When

Monday, 2 September 2019 9.30am – 11.30am [UK time] Mac Self Service will be unavailable for up to two hours
