IT Self Service maintenance – brief disruption Tuesday 21 November 2017 7.30am – 12 Noon

The ‘Make a Request’ part of IT Self Service may be intermittently unavailable on Tuesday 21 November 2017 between 7.30am until 12 Noon, whilst maintenance is carried out. You can still report an issue using IT Self Service, but you should avoid making a request during this time.

What

The Make a Request section of IT Self Service may be unavailable temporarily, as some minor changes are made. If you try to make a request during the maintenance, it may fail or you may not be able to navigate this section.

If this occurs, you may want to try again, after the maintenance is complete at 12 Noon, or call the IT Service Desk.

The Report an issue part of IT Self Service should be unaffected.

When

Tuesday 21 November 2017 7.30am – 12 Noon Maintenance will be carried out to IT Self Service during this time. You should avoid making requests during this time.
