University Remote Access (VPN) maintenance – 25 February 2020 8am - 9am

Maintenance is required which will cause brief disruption to University Remote Access (VPN) on Tuesday, 25 February 2020 between 8.00am and 9.00am. It is expected VPN will be unavailable for up to 45 minutes. You will need to reconnect to VPN after the maintenance.

Staff can use University Remote Access (VPN) on their University staff laptop, to access University systems from anywhere, providing a similar experience to being connected to the University network on campus.


Essential hardware maintenance is required and is planned to take place during the standard Tuesday morning maintenance period. It is expected that anyone using University Remote Access (VPN) during this time will disconnected and unable to reconnect for up to 45 minutes.

When the maintenance has been completed, you will need to connect to VPN again.
