Smart Printer maintenance: possible disruption on Monday, 22 July 2019 5pm
Important updates to Smart Printers will be carried out from 5.00pm on Monday, 22 July 2019. You may want to avoid sending documents to a Smart printer for about an hour, as they may not print as expected.
What
Maintenance is planned to upgrade the systems used to manage Smart Printers, Mobile Print (print from your own device) and AirPrint (print from your own iPhone, iPad or Mac).
During the maintenance, some configuration changes will need to be reapplied. If you send a document to print during this time, it may not print as you would expect, e.g. Colour2sided may not print in colour and on both sides of the paper.
