Mac Self Service maintenance – Monday, 8 July 2019 between 9.45am – 10.45am

Mac Self Service will be upgraded on Monday, 8 July 2019. It will be unavailable for about half an hour between 9.45am to 10.45am.

What

Mac Self Service is our platform for managing University-owned Macs. For about half an hour, it will be unavailable, whilst maintenance is carried out. All other IT services should be unaffected.

You should be able to use your University Mac as normal. However, you won’t be able to use Mac Self Service e.g. to install a application, during the maintenance.

When

Monday, 8 July 2019 9.45am to 10.45am [UK time] Mac Self Service will be unavailable for about half an hour
