Issue Resolved: Z: Drive currently unavailable to staff with usernames between L-Z

This issue has now been resolved. Staff affected should reboot to restore access. If you continue to experience any issues after a reboot, contact the IT Service Desk.

We are aware of a major incident affecting staff with usernames beginning with L-Z accessing the Z drive and everything else that connects to their roaming profile.  While we work to resolve this issue, you should save files to X: drive.

We will update this page as we find out more information.
