IT Service Feedback Form

We are always looking for ways to improve our IT service provision. Your feedback is invaluable to us, be that a comment, suggestion, concern, compliment or formal complaint. If you require a response, we will endeavour to get back to you within 10 working days.

If you would like to make a 'Formal complaint', the formal complaints procedure will be followed.

For urgent queries or to chase an outstanding request contact the IT Service Desk by phone on 0116 252 2253. To raise a new request or report an incident contact the IT Service Desk.

Please note: IT Service Desk operates between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
