Records Management - What we do

The Records Management Service oversees the University's framework to ensure that document and records are managed in the most efficient and cost effective way in compliance legal requirements and best practice.

The Records Management Service is responsible for the development of recordkeeping policies and procedures, the management and review of the University's records retention schedules, off-site document storage, and the University's Information Asset Register.

The services provides advice and guidance to Academic Departments and Divisions within Corporate Services in the proper management of records and oversees compliance with legal requirements.
