Check and change your information

Check your personal information to make sure it is correct.  You can use Employee Self-Service to change some information yourself. 

Unable to log in?

If you can't log in to Employee Self-Service, contact the IT Service Desk by telephone on 0116 252 2253, Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm, or by email at any time via ithelp@le.ac.uk.

One-to-one guidance

If you would like help to use Employee Self-Service, you can book a Guided IT Learning Session.  Call the Staff Development Partnership on 0116 252 5118.

On campus access only

You can access Employee Self-Service when using a computer connected to the University's network on campus using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome.  In time, access may also be available off campus.

Protect your information 

  • All members of staff have a responsibility for information security and you must take all necessary precautions to protect your information while viewing or printing it. 
  • Be cautious where and when you access the information held on Employee Self-Service and avoid using it on computers in public areas such as internet cafes. 
  • Do not leave your computer unlocked when unattended.
  • While the University will take commercially reasonable measures to protect the security of the site, the University cannot be held responsible for potential identity theft or breaches of sensitive data stemming from a user’s negligent handling of their own data.
  • If you suspect any breach of information security may have occurred, you must contact the IT Service Desk.
