Workshops and Groups


The Student Counselling and Wellbeing Service have created workshops to help you develop personally and professionally. Taking part in workshops can be a helpful way of exploring issues and give you practical tips to cope. Having a safe space to share experiences with peers helps many students to understand that they are not the only ones thinking and feeling in a particular way.

We currently offer  workshops throughout the year in academic departments, in Oadby Student Village and on campus. These are run by experienced, qualified and friendly staff.
