Workshops and Groups

 

Due to the COVID-19 situation all groups and workshops have been cancelled until further notice.

The Student Counselling and Wellbeing Service have created groups to help you develop personally and professionally. Taking part in groups can be a helpful way of exploring issues and give you practical tips to cope. Having a safe space to share experiences with peers helps many students to understand that they are not the only ones thinking and feeling in a particular way.

In order to determine whether a group would be suitable for your needs you will be required to attend a half hour wellbeing assessment appointment first.
