Starters

Warm leek and goat’s cheese tart
with baby salad leaves and balsamic glaze (V)

Fillet of “hot smoked” salmon
with baby salad leaves and caper crème fraiche (GF)

Main Course

Braised blade of Leicestershire beef
with red wine and shallot sauce, fondant potato and thyme roasted carrots (GF)

Stuffed baked aubergine
with tomato and basil sauce (V/GF)

Mediterranean vegetable strudel
with red pepper coulis    (V)   

Dessert

Home-made treacle tart served warm
with clotted cream (V)

Classic vanilla crème brulee (V/GF)
