Financial Support

No student should have to worry about money when studying at university or applying for opportunities, and indeed there are a number of ways to access financial support for your career development through both the Student Welfare Service and the Career Development Service.

Student Welfare Service

No matter which year of study you are in or method by which you study, there is finance and budgeting advice and support available to you through the Student Welfare Service.

You can find a lot of useful information on the Student Welfare Service webpages including information about the financial implications for taking a year abroad, how to access the hardship fund, and much more. You can make an appointment by calling 0116 252 2448 or emailing studentservices@le.ac.uk.
