Employability Partnership Agreements

What are Employability Partnership Agreements?

The Career Development Service work in partnership with departments to develop student employability.  Each year through 'Employability Partnership Agreements' with each department, we agree key timetabled initiatives of impact which look to develop the employability of all our students.

When are Employability Partnerships Agreements discussed?

Typically, discussions between departments and the Career Development Service are ongoing throughout the year, principally with Career Tutors and Heads of Departments - but also with other interested members of staff.  However, 'action plans' for the following academic year are discussed and drafted between January and April, and signed off in July.

How do I feed in to Employability Partnership Agreements or Employability more generally?

You can either contact the Career Tutor in your department, or contact the Curriculum team in the Career Development Service.
