This resource has been written to help students with autism or Asperger syndrome prepare for and adapt to being at university.

The information covers Academic and Social aspects of life at University.

It also tells you how to get help and support, with example emails and letters.

How to access the Medical and Mental Well Being services is included.

There are video clips made by current and past students who have an ASC. They describe their different experiences, problems and coping strategies.
