Recruiting at The University of Leicester (online taught)

This course will provide training on the legalities and best practice surrounding recruitment and the processes used at the University of Leicester. Please note that this course is intended for all members of staff that are likely to be involved in the recruitment process at the University. For individuals new to the recruitment process, there is a further interview skills workshop available that will provide practical experience of how to design interview questions and manage an interview and selection process. This is optional for individuals that already have significant experience of recruiting staff.

Who is it for?

All members of staff that are involved in the recruitment process at the University and are either new to the University or require an update in any changes in legislation and working practices with regards to recruitment.

What prior experience do I need?

This course is suitable for individuals with little or no experience of the recruitment process as well as individuals that have managed recruitment processes before.
