Networking? What is it? How do I do it? How can I do it effectively? Does it have to be uncomfortable?

Networking is simply engaging with other people in conversations with purpose. This training looks at Networking in terms of its:
Communication;
Opportunities;
Principles;
Purposes;
Techniques.

With a view of both online and face-to-face networking, we will work on:

Identifying Networking opportunities;
Work through some helpful preparation;
Practice networking techniques;
Explore effective follow ups, because maintaining those professional relationships is crucial.
With a maximum of 14 participants, this morning is an opportunity to develop your networking skills.

Delivered by Martin Coffey, and speaking as a definite Introvert – if I can Network then anyone can network.
