Music in criminal justice is an opportunity for academics to discuss work which focuses on the role of music in various aspects of the criminal justice system. Necessarily interdisciplinary in nature, this symposium brings together those who are doing innovative work in this area to share ideas and generate discussion with the wider academic community.

This is the first of what we hope will be an annual event, co-organised by senior and research members of the department, but led by research students on the inter-disciplinary character of Criminology at the crossroads
