Barry Jenkins’ directorial tour-de-force tells the coming-of-age story of Chiron, a young gay black man growing up in Miami.

Don’t miss this spectacular, intimate, and startlingly intense film, winner of the 2016 Golden Globe for Best Picture – Drama and nominated for 8 Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director.

As part of the university’s celebration of LGBT history month a number of free tickets are available for staff and students see Moonlight on Friday 24 February, 6.15pm, at the Phoenix Cinema.

Tickets will be available to book from 12noon on Monday 6 February.

To book your ticket, email equalities@leicester.ac.uk after 12noon on Monday 6 February. Sign up early as tickets are expected to go fast.
