This talk is the fourth in a series of talks on Buddhism that cover the history and development of Buddhist practice and philosophy from its early beginnings to the modern era. The talks are held at the University Chaplaincy and are open to students, staff and the general public. In addition to the formal talks, each week there will be an opportunity to practice some of the varied mindfulness and meditation techniques that have developed within different traditions.
