Brain Awareness Week (BAW) is the global campaign to increase public awareness of the progress and benefits of brain research.

The University of Leicester is delighted to partner with the DANA Foundation for the second year to celebrate Brain Awareness Week. We invite A-level students to join us at the University for the afternoon on 12th March 2014. Academics at the University will give talks about current brain research at the University.

We want to inspire the next generation of researchers to get involved and contribute to brain studies. Along with presentations there will be live demonstrations and interactions with PhD students.

If you or your school are interested in taking part in this event, please contact Emma Gisborn. You may also be interested in attending the Brain Awareness Evening on 12th March. Click on the link for more details.
