Phase Field models are widely used in many areas of applied sciences and engineering to study multi-phase systems. The goal of this symposium is to promote interaction and initiate collaboration among:

• applied mathematicians who develop numerical methods

• practitioners who will be using such methods

• software developers who will include these methods in their software

There will be a limited number of contributed talks and a Poster Session. There is also a software demonstration sessions for DUNE and FENICS libraries.
