This year’s Sluckin Lecture for our School of Psychology will be delivered by Professor Dorothy Bishop, Department of Experimental Psychology, University of Oxford, who will speak on 'Developmental dyslexia and other neurodevelopmental disorders: Distinct syndromes or part of normal variation?'

The speaker is a distinguished psychologist and academic blogger, and she has the reputation of being an engaging and lively speaker.

The Sluckin Lecture was established in 1991 in memory of Wladek Sluckin who was Professor of Psychology here at Leicester from 1965 to 1984.
