Bridget Blair discusses 'The King under the Car Park' with Richard Buckley and Mathew Morris

BBC Radio Leicester’s Bridget Blair (pictured) has interviewed Richard Buckley, the project director and lead archaeologist for the Greyfriars project, as well as being the co-director of the University of Leicester Archaeological Services team, and Mathew Morris, site director on the project, about the search for Richard III and their new book, 'The King under the Car Park'.

In the interview, Bridget inquires about the details of the dig and what the archaeologists expected to find, and how their lives have changed in the wake of the discovery of the famous lost king.

Bridget, a keen blogger, has also written a blog entry about her opinions on the book and where she believes Richard III should be reinterred. She also takes the opportunity to praise the University for winning the "Research Project of the Year" at this year's Times Higher Education Awards.
