Kasabian play the University of Leicester on 26 October! Start queuing now!

Local Leicester rockers prepare to rock locally in Leicester (and on Radio 1).

As expected, tickets for this gig are now completely sold out.

Leicester’s own homegrown musical sensation Kasabian have announced a gig at the O2 Academy Leicester, in our Students’ Union, later this month. We expect this to sell out quicker than you can say “Tickets are now on – oh, they’ve all gone…”

But don’t worry because even if you can’t make the gig, you’ll be able to hear it live on BBC Radio 1.

The lads will be here on Wednesday 26 October 2011. Tickets will go on sale to the public (not just students) at 9.00am this Saturday, 15 October. They will be limited to two per person and will only be available in person from the O2 Academy Leicester box office.

The venue has a capacity of 1,450. That means you will need to start queuing very, very early.

Doors open 6.30pm. Band on stage (and on the radio) from 7.00pm.
