Watch out for Dr Caroline Dodds Pennock on BBC4 this week.

It’s Map Week on BBC 4, with loads of programmes about maps: the history of maps, the art of maps, the importance of maps. Nothing on how to fold them though.

As part of all this, the Beeb have called on Dr Caroline Dodds Pennock who is a Lecturer in Early Modern History in our School of Historical Studies and something of an expert on the Aztec world. You can see her this week in a four-part series called The Beauty of Maps.

The programme goes out at 8.30pm, Monday to Thursday – and you can catch up with episodes you may have missed on iPlayer.
