This session is designed to introduce you to the advanced EndNote features, such as editing styles and EndNote Web, and discuss issues around your use of EndNote, while receiving peer and expert support.

Pre-requisites for this course: You must already have an EndNote library and have been using EndNote for at least one month. You must be able to import references into EndNote and create bibliographies using the EndNote toolbar.

  • Practice editing an output style.
  • Set-up an EndNoteWeb account and link it to your EndNote desktop library.
  • Set-up Endnote Preferences and use their related features.
  • Discuss issues relevant to your use of EndNote.

Suitable for: doctoral researchers at any stage.

RDF: This session covers descriptors A1 (Knowledge base), B2 (Self-management), C2 (Research management) and D1 (Working with others) of the Researcher Development Framework.
