Services for Learners

Andrew provides help and advice on finding appropriate information for your assignments, and how to cite references. He also offers training in RefWorks, improving your web searching techniques, accessing journal articles and using resources provided by EBSCO and Proquest amongst others. He can help and advise on the retrieval of data from a range of statistical sources and support you with Author-Date (Harvard) and Footnotes referencing.  He supports both on-campus students and distance learners. Professional Interests:

Andrew is interested in information literacy, teaching and learning and learning technologies. He develops electronic tutorials to help students improve their information searching.  He speaks French and basic Italian. He is a Chartered Librarian and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is a member of and membership secretary for the Business Librarians' Association.
