Customer Service Excellence Award

CSEUK_P_BLACK.jpgThe Customer Service Excellence standard is an official UK standard for public sector organizations.

It measures quality of delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude in the provision of public services.

There is also emphasis placed on how organizations know what their customers need, how they understand the customer's experience and robust measurement of service satisfaction.

The University Library was first awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard in November 2010 and most recently re-accredited in December 2015.
