Information for members on disciplinaries, grievances and performance management

One aspect of the work of a workplace representative is casework – helping and supporting members with difficulties at work.

Wherever possible we try to resolve matters informally – but unfortunately sometimes members find themselves involved in a formal process. We have a team of workplace representative with knowledge and experience of these process and how best to help members in such situations.
