Receiving your Graduation Documents

If you attend graduation, your graduation documents will be presented to you at your ceremony.

If you do not attend graduation, your documents will be posted to the address that you provided when you completed your graduation registration using MyStudentRecord.

Please note: if we do not have an up to date address, we will be unable to post your documents.

If you are subsequently not available at that address to receive your documents, we cannot issue another. You will need to wait until your postal service returns the documents to us; at which point we will arrange for it be be posted to your new address.

If your documents are lost you may be asked to pay for a replacement.

If you were expecting your documents to be posted but you have not received it please contact graduation@le.ac.uk

You can collect your graduation documents from the University. You will need to email graduation@le.ac.uk requesting this.

Graduation documents will only be made available after all graduation ceremonies have taken place.  You will be emailed confirming when your documents are available to collect. 

Please remember to bring some photo ID with you so that we can verify your identity (such as your passport or driving licence).

Please note that you will only be able to collect your own documents. We cannot allow students to collect documents for their relatives or friends, nor can another person collect your documents on your behalf.

Graduation documents will not be issued if you have deferred your graduation or have any outstanding tuition fee debts.


If you need additional copies of you transcript, you can purchase them via shop@le.ac.uk.


All documents will be sent via Royal Mail. For UK addresses, these will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For. For international addresses these will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.

Once your documents have been posted you will be emailed a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery online.

Some students may wish to purchase DHL delivery for their documents. You can purchase this online from TBC until midnight on TBC.

Once you have received your graduation invitation, you can purchase DHL delivery.
