About Mable's Research |
---|
Mable’s research interests lie in women’s employment in the financial sector of Zambia. She is particularly interested in investigating the cultural factors that lead to gender inequality. Mable intends to use a tested and developed model of gender analysis based on solidly grounded theoretical and empirical platforms, such as employment and recruitment patterns; progression and measurements within the financial sector. While many scholars have already recognised the need for gender equality, they still have to establish who the true carer of gender inequality is. |
