Glasshouse closure on Sundays

The alpine, desert, temperate and tropical glasshouses will be closed on Sundays during the winter.

Access route to Attenborough Arboretum

Public access to the Attenborough Arboretum is via College Court on Knighton Road. See map for details.

Please note that we do not allow the scattering of ashes in the Botanic Garden or Attenborough Arboretum. It is illegal to do so without the landowner's permission. The reason we disallow the practice is because of the large numbers of school children who visit all parts of the Garden and the gardeners themselves who have to do the weeding and other maintenance.
