Creative Learning call out for artists and art tutors

We are inviting artist and arts tutors to submit a proposal for a course(s) and/or workshop(s) for the forthcoming Creative Learning programme at Attenborough Arts Centre.

For the forthcoming programme as well as our adult learning programme we have some exciting new opportunities for Creative Learning. They are as follows:

Children, young people and family creative learning: Alongside our established adult learning offer, we are developing our creative learning programme and interested in receiving proposals that offer tailored sessions for one or more of the following areas, children, young people, families together, and open to people with disabilities.

As part of our Children in Need funded programme, we are looking for workshop proposals specifically for children aged 0-18 years with complex disabilities and needs to take place at the weekends and school holidays. We are also looking for sessions tailored to the gallery exhibition programme so please refer to the attached information.

We are also looking for proposals to fit the DeStress Fest taking place during January - March 2018. The DeStress Fest is a meeting of Art, Mind and Body and addresses Neurodiversity, Mental Health, Stress Alleviation and Body Image. Themes to consider are: Home, Comfort, Pause, Rest. All enquiries regarding DeStress Fest can be sent direct to G Sian gs294@leicester.ac.uk.
